JCI Santa Clarita Projects
Through these projects, JCI Santa Clarita gives members the opportunity to build real-world leadership skills while creating programs that benefit the community. If you have an idea for a project, join us and let’s make a positive impact together!
Positive Community Impact
JCI Santa Clarita creates and supports community projects that develop young leaders while making a measurable impact throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. Our members plan, lead and execute programs focused on service, leadership, civic engagement, and community needs.
Some projects are created to address a specific need or moment in time, while others grow into long-standing traditions. Santa’s Helpers and SCV 40 Under Forty are two of our legacy projects, each serving the community for more than a decade and continuing to bring together volunteers, local organizations, businesses, and community leaders.

Legacy Projects
We’ve hosted these projects every year, without fail. You’ve probably heard of them.
Since 1999, Santa’s Helpers has brought holiday joy to children and families in need throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. Each year, JCI Santa Clarita and community partners collect, sort and wrap donated toys, culminating in a special holiday experience for local children. In 2024 alone, the program provided gifts to more than 800 children. Visit SantasHelpersSCV.com to learn more, volunteer or support the program.

Founded in 2009, SCV 40 Under Forty celebrates 40 outstanding young leaders each year who are making a meaningful impact throughout the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities. Presented by JCI Santa Clarita in partnership with Santa Clarita Magazine, the program recognizes individuals ages 18–40 for leadership, professional achievement, community involvement and service. Visit SCV40UnderForty.com to learn more about the program and its honorees.
